Who runs it
The Hub Bengaluru is one of Safina Ventures' ventures: a builder community at Safina Plaza, Infantry Road. The Hub designs and runs The Human Residency. Applications, selection and everything about the programme are handled by The Hub Bengaluru.
What it is
In The Hub's words, The Human Residency is a 111-day living experiment designed to help humans learn, build, connect, contribute and discover what feels worth becoming responsible for in a post-AI world. Residents live in, or join three days a week.
How the 111 days work
Day 1 · Interrupt the default.
A personal hypothesis, one responsibility, a first build.
Days 1–11 · Increase surface area.
Ship something, fail at something, help someone.
Days 12–111 · Convert curiosity into commitment.
Less programming, more self-direction. One build log, every day.
What it won't promise
A startup, a job, certainty or a single life purpose. What it offers is a high-density environment for experimentation.
