Safina Ventures is a start up studio at Safina Plaza in the heart of Bangalore city. We partner with founders to create innovative products and services and assemble teams to grow tomorrow’s companies. We work on a handful of projects every year and are always looking for businesses that will improve people’s lives.
Our story: built for the next decade
The Safina name goes back more than six decades, to Dr Hajee Abdul Sattar Sait, whose Safina Group grew across travel, motorsports, hotels, car dealerships, fashion and retail, real estate, software technology parks and financial services. His family also installed one of the city’s first traffic lights.
In 2004 the next generation made a bet most people questioned. Instead of rebuilding a 12-room hotel on Ali Asker Road, Dr Feroze Sattar Sait built Safina Towers, one of Bangalore’s first private tech parks. Amazon’s first Bangalore office opened there.
Safina Ventures carries that habit forward. The test we run on every idea is the same one: will this still matter in ten years?
What we build
Our primary focus is in providing cutting-edge REaaS (Real-Estate-As-A-Service) solutions by nurturing entrepreneurs and helping their ideas flourish.
We have already built businesses in Co-living · Co-working · Event Spaces · Retail · Media · IT Parks.

We are the startup studio behind The Hub Bengaluru at Safina Plaza: co-working, co-living and event space, and home to The Human Residency.
